Refund Policy
Direct Purchases (via vuml.app)
We want you to be satisfied with VUML. If it does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@vuml.app with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
After the 30-day window, refunds are granted at our discretion for cases such as:
- The Software has a critical defect that prevents normal use and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
Free Trial
The direct-download version of VUML includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. We encourage you to evaluate VUML during the trial before purchasing. The trial requires no payment information and no licence key.
Mac App Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Mac App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund for a Mac App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Licence Deactivation
Upon refund, your licence key will be deactivated. You must stop using the Software after a refund has been processed.
